Senate debates health care bill tomorrow.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Senate begins debate tomorrow on its health care overhaul bill, but the measure doesn’t have the votes needed to pass. Meanwhile, Indiana Republican Sen. Richard Lugar tells CNN he wants to postpone health care efforts so Congress can focus on President Barack Obama’s new strategy in Afghanistan—and how to pay for it.
